We were lucky enough to spend spring break this year in Utah. We normally wouldn’t be able to, but we went for a special occasion…Mason’s sister got married!!! We had so much fun (except when we got the stomach flu…sorry to the NUMEROUS people we infected!).
Angie’s wedding was beautiful and so was she! We had so much fun visiting with everyone, and the best part is that we’ll be back in Utah for good in about 5 months!
Of course…I didn’t take a single picture while we were out there. Bummer.
BUT..I did take a few right before we left and right after we came home. Good enough?
Right before church one Sunday. The headband didn’t even stay on long enough to get to church…of course.
I’m loving Hudsie’s church outfit. His hair is getting so long that the only way it stays out of his eyes is if I give him a nice missionary-style do’.
This is Hudsie’s new sleeping position. He stays like this all night long.
I sprayed Hudsie’s hair straight up one night. It was so funny! I know he needs a haircut but I just can’t bring myself to do it!
Tee hee!
Just taking advantage of the good lighting coming from the french doors. Also, it was freaking me out that he pulled himself up to standing just by holding on to the window frames on the french door.
This is why Hudson was looking out the french doors. I made Audrey some sidewalk paint and she started painting herself blue. I was going to stop her, but I thought it was funny, so…
I let her keep painting, just to see what she would do…
whoops…she’s been spotted. What? I’m not in trouble? Ok.
This is how she ended up. It took about 30 minutes of soaking in the tub to get all of the blue off her skin. Oh well, it was the prettiest mess we’ve ever had to clean up!
It’s been really warm this past week, so we’ve been trying to spend a lot of time outside before it get’s unbearably hot and humid outside.
Audrey was so excited (can you tell?) to FINALLY be playing with water again!
Hudsie was really enjoying himself too. And no, his socks aren’t gray…they are just that dirty!
He’s figured out that it doesn’t feel good to crawl around on rough cement, so whenever he’s outside, this is how he crawls.
This morning when I was doing the dishes, I let the kids play with the water table. They played really well together. Well, Hudson put up with Audrey pouring water on his head really well.
Hudsie soaking wet, thanks to Audrey.
Here’s to hoping we get another month or so of spring! And also our AC that is currently NOT working will not have to been completely replaced!
